About Vereda Systems

Vereda Systems checks how independent dental practices handle new patients and how well the front desk’s software is set up. I fix what’s worth fixing, check whether it worked, and keep watching only the things that tend to slip. I work in the Phoenix metro, starting in Tempe and Chandler.

Two rules I work by

I never invent a problem to make a sale.

And I never invent ongoing work to justify a monthly bill.

I don’t assume your practice has a problem.

I find out whether anything is worth improving, where it is, and whether the fix actually worked.

Oren, founder of Vereda Systems

Who does the work

Vereda Systems is founder-run. I’m Oren, and I run every audit, findings meeting and recommendation myself.

I’ve worked inside a dental office, and I build websites and software.

I’m early, and I’m building this with independent practices here in the Phoenix metro area, starting with a founding program for five practices. You shouldn’t trust me because of anything I claim. That’s why the first look is free and every finding shows its evidence.

The name

Vereda is Spanish for a path. The name is the job: check the path a patient takes to your chair, and the desk behind it.

What that looks like in practice

  • There may be a problem, or there may not. My job is to find out.
  • Most of what I find should be fixable once. Monthly service is only for what drifts.
  • I fix what your tools can already do first, then how your team uses them, and only then what neither can. Training on a broken setup means training twice.
  • I measure before anyone gets blamed. Patients and hours get lost to timing, tools and handoffs as often as to people.
  • I ask whether anyone can see what’s happening, never whether your team is good at their jobs.
  • I promise only what I control: measuring, fixing what’s in scope, and honest reporting.
  • I help with high-risk work; I don’t do it. Calls to patients, money, claims and clinical decisions stay with your practice.
  • Counts come before records. Patient information stays in your own computers, accounts and software.
  • You own every account, setting and build, and I’m never the only one who knows how something works.
  • No commissions and no referral fees, in either direction. “Don’t spend this” is a normal answer.

Where I fit with who you already have

Marketing or SEO agency
They bring the inquiry. I check what happens to it. If you already have an agency, my search findings go to them first.
Website company
Your site can be up while the form on it reaches no one.
Phone and texting service
It tells you a call was missed. It doesn’t tell you nobody called back.
Software vendors
Training shows the features. It doesn’t set them up in your workflow, connect them, or check that they stuck.
Dental consultants
They focus on management, hiring and production. I focus on your tools and the patient’s path, and I build the fixes.
Billing company
Claims stay with them. I set up the tools that feed them.
IT provider
They keep the computers working. I check that the software works for the front desk.
Your office manager
They work inside the process every day. I line up all of its parts, and they own the written steps when I’m done.

Who I work with

A good fit

  • Independent, owner-run dental practices
  • One to three locations
  • The Phoenix metro: Tempe and Chandler first, then Mesa, Gilbert and Scottsdale
  • Other appointment-based practices, such as orthodontics or optometry, case by case

Probably not a fit

  • DSOs, or groups of four or more locations
  • Anyone who wants guarantees of patients, revenue or hours
  • Owners who want an audit used to judge a specific employee
  • Practices looking for someone to run billing or claims

What I don’t do

  • Billing, claims or collections
  • IT, networks or cybersecurity
  • Anything clinical
  • Hiring, firing or staff decisions
  • Legal advice
  • Calls to your patients
  • AI that talks to your patients
  • Ongoing ads, or monthly SEO content and link building
  • Guarantees of patients, revenue or hours
  • Vendor commissions or reselling. “Don’t spend this” is a normal answer.

When you can reach me

Visits
After 2:30 pm, or after your last patient.
Questions
I reply to calls and email within one business day.
For monthly clients
Anything critical, like a form that stopped sending or calls that don’t ring through, reaches the owner within 24 hours of my finding it, any day. Project clients get the same during the 60-day check window.
